Delivery time & shipping costs

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 17:00, we try to ship the next day. However, we do not always succeed in this. If for some reason we do not meet the delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

The prices listed do not include shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

€5.95 for all orders inside the Netherlands.
€12 for all orders inside the EU (+ UK).
€24 for all orders in the rest of the world.
Free for customers living in the Arnhem area: if you're eligible for free shipping, this option is shown at the checkout.

Delivery is via the postman or parcel delivery service. In general, the order will be delivered within 3 days. Unfortunately we can not guarantee the time of delivery.

Returns

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like to have the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding the initial shipping costs. The cost of return from your home to the store at your own expense. These costs are approximately €6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to be returned to the entrepreneur. To make use of this right, contact us at info@cultured-youth.com or send us a DM on Instagram (@cultured.youth.vintage). We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after notification of your return provided that the product has already been received in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass this depreciation in value to you. So treat the product with care and make sure it is well packed when returning it.

Want to exchange a product?

Do you want to exchange your product? That is no problem at all. You can contact us via info@cultured-youth.com or send us a DM on Instagram (@cultured.youth.vintage). However, you will be responsible for the costs of returning the product.

What if I realize I gave the wrong address?

Did you accidentally give the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change the order for you.
