Do you buy items from customers?
Yes we do! If you have items that you think would fit in our collection, mail us to info@cultured-youth.com , send us a DM on Instagram (@cultured.youth.vintage) or contact us using the contact form on our website.

Are all your clothes clean?
All our clothes are washed before they get shipped.

Where is my parcel?
Look for DHL tracking number in your shipping confirmation email (this should be the second email you receive from us after ordering). Next simply copy and paste the tracking number into the DHL tracking page and it should tell you the status of your order.

How long will delivery take?
DHL, our current delivery partner, delivers according to their website the next business day.
If you choose for free shipping (Arnhem & surroundings only), delivery could take 2-4 business days. We send you an e-mail when we expect to deliver the parcel.

How do I return an item?

How do you ensure against fakes and copies?
We only buy from trusted sellers of vintage clothing. We then hand check each and every item to guarantee its legitimacy. Cultured Youth doesn’t sell any kind of fakes and/or copies.

Is Cultured Youth Vintage secure?
Yes! We are SSL certified, which essentially means your information is entirely secure when shopping with us. This is represented by the green (grey on Microsoft Edge) padlock at the left of the URL at the top of your web browser. Our business is also registered at the Chamber of Commerce (KvK). So yes, you’re safe.

I didn’t get a confirmation email from Cultured Youth Vintage, why?
Sometimes our emails can get lost in the spam/junk folder so be sure check there. You can also always contact us at info@cultured-youth.com or simply send us a DM on Instagram (@cultured.youth.vintage) if any other issues occur.

How long do you take to respond to emails?
We usually respond within 24 hours. We always try to give the best service possible.
